About Danielle Deavens:
Danielle Deavens is the cofounder of Bold Xchange, a marketplace for black-owned brands. She is also part of the Venture for America fellowship, which sends recent college graduates to work at startups in emerging cities. Danielle lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she works in business development at an e-commerce startup. Danielle holds a degree in journalism and English from Elon University, and spent two years after college working in magazines before pursuing the startup life.
