Kyshira S. Moffett is a career advisor, professional speaker and brand strategist. Kyshira has previous experience as an HR Professional within the financial services industry and higher education. She is also the creator of #HERmovement, a lifestyle brand that has skyrocketed into a full-fledged movement. The blog, thisishermovement.com centers on career, branding and lifestyle topics. #HERmovement represents today's busy bombshell, the ambitious millennial in pursuit of excellence while feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

In 2016, Kyshira developed the Hustle HER Way summit, a one of kind experience for dynamic women with an entrepreneurial spirit. The event was intentionally crafted for the visionaries, the creatives and the fearless. The goal of this event was to provide ambitious women with the tools and resources they need to be successful in pursuit of their aspirations and it did exactly that. The sold out event received raved reviews and became a trending topic on Twitter. During the event she hosted a 30 minute keynote talk entitled "Brand School - Taking Your Brand From Blah to Bankable".

Kyshira is also passionate about serving her surrounding community. She has held volunteer board positions with Ellevate Network, the National Black MBA Association and the YWCA. She currently serves as the president of the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh. In 2014, Kyshira graduated from the Coro Pittsburgh Women in Leadership Program and was named a 2014 Western Pennsylvania Rising Star by Get Involved, Inc. In 2015, she was featured in the inaugural edition of Who’s Who of Black Pittsburgh. She is also a graduate of the New Leaders Council, a recipient of the Pittsburgh Courier Fab40 Award and was named one of the top 20 career bloggers of 2015.
